Infant & Family Care
Holding the whole family with warmth, evidence, and presence.
Hello, I’m Tatiana Vilas. With over seven years of hands-on experience in early childhood development, private nanny placements, and overnight newborn care, I founded The River Nest Doula to offer parents a truly grounding, judgment-free sanctuary during the fourth trimester.
From restorative nighttime sleep and developmental milestone play to hands-on babywearing and twin care, I hold space for your family with deep respect, gentle guidance, and unconditional warmth.
To the parents navigating the tender fourth trimester
I know the quiet overwhelm that can settle in at 3 AM. The endless questions about hunger cues, awake windows, latch comfort, and whether you are doing enough.
To the birthing parent: Your healing is not a luxury—it is fundamental. When you are nurtured, nourished, and allowed uninterrupted restorative rest, your whole body begins to exhale.
To the partner: You are not an observer; you are the primary anchor. My role is to empower you with confidence, calming touch techniques, and practical daily rhythms so that both of you thrive together.
You do not have to walk this transition alone. We build this village together, one restful night at a time.
